Wild Thing Finishes Third in Sixth Man Vote

The NBA announced the winner of the Sixth Man of the Year Award today – Jamal Crawford.  Anderson Varejao finished third with 126 points behind last year’s award winner, Jason Terry.

Varejao was arguably the second most valuabe player on the Cavaliers’ roster this season as he averaged 8.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game off the bench.  However, it is not measurable statistics that earned him a third place finish in this year’s Sixth Man Award – Andy acts as LeBron’s personal body guard, brings an absurd amount of energy off the bench every night and wears down opponents with his physical style of basketball.
