LeBron Unanimous Choice for All-NBA First Team

LeBron James was chosen to be on the All-NBA first team. Joining him are Dwayne Wade, Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki, and Dwight Howard. I am not sure that a MVP has ever been left off All NBA first team, so this doesn’t come as a surprise to me. Mike Brown had this to say about LeBron receiving this honor:

“It doesn’t surprise me at all,” Cavaliers coach Mike Brown said of James, who in addition to winning MVP finished second in voting for best defensive player. “It comes with being the MVP. He’s proven he can do it all.”
