James was second in the Eastern Conference in scoring (30.3 ppg) and third in assists (7.8 apg), and added 10.3 rpg and 2.3 spg, leading Cleveland to a 4-0 week. James recorded three double-doubles, including a 43-point 12-rebound performance in a 97-93 win over Eastern Conference rival Orlando Magic on March 17. In winning their ninth straight game by beating the New Jersey Nets 96-88 on March 22, the Cavaliers tied a franchise record with their 57th victory. Cleveland won 57 games in 1988-89 and 1991-92.
